After following this AMAZING guide by @masagrator, and a little bit of trial and error, I've managed to learn the essential and created my first 60 fps patch. Yay.
Just extract at the root of your sd card, if you are using Atmosphere.
Since it's my first patch, use it at your own risk.
Edit 1: After playing an hour or so in handheld mode. The game was around 40-50 fps, and temperatures were around 60-63ºC. I will try to mess a little bit with the settings, to see if I can lower something to be less resource heavy to the switch.
Edit 2: Messed with the antialiasing a bit, and some shadow resolution. Still very resource heavy on the switch, but now it's really playable.
