I was put through the ringer all week.

Hard to tell where to start, or even if I should. But I remained kind, and learned how to be even kinder.

and yes, I did laugh this week at an SAT writing worksheet: "eight rabbits set sail to the sea in a bathtub." was a line on the test guide, and I laughed hard about rabbits for days.

I told a fellow tutor: "hey, did you hear about rabbits setting sail to the sea in a bathtub in the news? Now that would get a lot of views on youtube" and the team laughed for about thirty minutes nonstop.

And I am still laughing about that line now, after all the direct death threats and worse I got this week, and buddies telling me I am in extreme danger of being assassinated.

My friends are very supportive this week. And the threats were overcome, all of them, so no worries!

I also had a severe asthma attack, so when a coworker asked if I was okay, I told her, "well, I heard that air is useful for teaching, so I'm using this respirator since I figured that more air might come in handy. Apparently breathing air is very useful for walking, talking, doing my job, etc."

Her: "well, if you're only a little blue, no big deal. you're not deep blue yet."

Me: "Yeah, it's only double vision"

Her: "See? It's not triple vision."

Me: "Well I only survived a one hundred percent chance of death when I nearly dropped dead back there in that classroom; it wasn't a ten thousand percent chance of dying. Perhaps everything together has that chance, but not septic shock and bird flu combined for only a few minutes while throwing up in my mask and only about to drop dead onto the floor, right?"

Her: *laughs really hard*

The nurse appreciates my "nurse humor" a lot.

And I did finally fully recover from Septic Shock. Now it is as cancelled as Static Shock 2000's WB TV show is _current_ly:
