It's now an hour since the end of the delivery window FedEx gave, and they still haven't turned up. Can't believe I stayed awake for this.

happens ALL the time in germany, too.
friend of mine got delivered a broken treadmill.
he wanted to return it, of course.
they made 3 appointments to come pick it up, no one showed at all. he waited all day.
for their 4th pickup they sent him a pickup-date... TWO!! days in the past... and he was there all day and no one showed anyway.
absolutely, insanely incompetent.

i bought hogwarts legacy at launch (yeah, i know... i shouldnt have) but its been 3 years now, SURELY it runs better, right?
