Bad morning post

I'm apparently the last one here in this photo who still does things they way they should be done. The man in the hat is no longer with us, and everyone else is retired except for two of them, and they do the sport version now.

Apparently I'm now all that's left of Military Tae-Kwon-Do, although I am extremely young.

I think your only choice is to start a cult, and train your members in the arcane arts of military tkd. That or do the whole kool-aid thing, depending how things go.

Hurting because of a cold in my weakend state from the surgery, and feeling like my stitches are opening up from the coughing and sneezing . Ask @x65943 if this isn't so. My doc did send me some meds for the cold.

You made me remember when I come back home from the heart surgery, The nurses give me a «damn you» pillow with the face of one of them, the objective: to hug too hard the pillow on my chest while coughing to avoid the pain and avoid damage the stitches. And the nick name of the pillow become because even hugging hard the pillow lowered the pain, I ended cursing the pillow each time...
