I've had an account on here for awhile, I tried doing all the recovery options since I hadn't used it in awhile besides just lurking but I can't find it.
Anyways, I ordered a Sky3DS through these guys with no SD card and the entire experience has been honestly shit. They took forever to ship touting hardware failures and the overlying issue is I haven't received it. None of my neighbors saw a box on their porch/staircases and the post office said it was delivered, for all I know it might have been stolen but I've had UPS leave larger packages and smaller ones on my porch with no issue.
So I contact them after like 4 days of not seeing anything shipped before all this, and they say they'll do it and it's marked shipped on the 5th day but I get no tracking number until the 6th or 7th day. So in the end the whole process would have taken 10 days to get the card.
I contact them and they advise me to ask my neighbors/go to the local post office and ask for a tracer, they tell me it's delivered so they can't run a tracer since it's not in their mail system anymore.
Contact them and tell them all of this, and don't get a reply for 4 days (11-04-15 til 11-09-15) They tell me that it's "better" if we both get reimbursed from USPS for this and that we have to file for this. As far as I know, this takes weeks and I'm not willing to wait weeks to get my 90ish dollars back from these guys. So I ask them to refund it and they can file a claim for themselves, of course I get no answer.
Send them one last email and tell them that I'm going to be filing a dispute with my bank because none of this adds up and I'm not having my money in limbo. Of course, no reply until today. My bank's already issued me my temp credit while they investigate and ask them for info for a rebuttal to my dispute. They haven't even contacted my bank, they just decided to send me this directly.
So I'm getting this sorted, but I figured it would be a good warning to anyone considering buying from them. Don't do it, they disappear when there's an issue and it's becoming a huge headache over a flashcart. I honestly should have bought from an a list seller, they even tacked on extra fees without disclosing it in the invoice or anywhere on the site before or during the purchase.
