Hacking Backups sometimes don't eject?

First it happened to my brothers wii and i had to turn off by forcing the light to go red and i thought maybe just his wii/he put in a sticky disk, but then it also happened to my uncles wii then i heard someone here post about having this problem also; Anyone think its something to worry about?

Not really. It happened to me.
It's just the system menu trying desperately to read the disk.

You can still eject it (boot into HBC or something else)
