Hacking backup save file and play online

Im playing Pokemon Omega Rubin.3ds with my Gatewaycard on my 3DS XL with Emunand FW 9.4.
I would like to play it online and thats why i want to switch to cia.
Is it possible to backup my savefile and use it for the new installed pokemon omega rubin cia?

I believe its possible..., use savedatafiler, but be careful because Pokemon cia have like a save check or something like that, so do not delete your save until you are actually playing it from the cia
