Hacking Backup NAND to USB?

I don't have a big enough SD card to backup my NAND, so I'm looking to just do it to USB. I've tried a few apps, but none of them seem to work. Does anyone know of an app that will work for 4.3U? And yes, I know SD cards are cheap and I could just buy a bigger one, but there's got to be a way to do it to USB.

It will save the dump of the NAND to SD or USB.
