Hacking Backup Loading?

-easy to install cfw
-ongoing support for sciresm and the team
-works on all firmware as long as you dont have a mariko model (not released yet)
-backup loader (probably on release, surely someones made one and is just waiting for atmosphere)
-the $50-$100 you would've spent on a dongle with a jig that could end up not working because of user error
-the ability to buy a paperclip (unless you already have one because paperclips are usually lying around)

people dont really need to be salty, but theres no reason to use both atmosphere and TX because even (i think it was sciresm) said theres no need to stack one cfw on another especially since they do the same thing.
now some people are just salty because they "hate piracy and think its a bad thing" (which again theres no reason for it, its gonna happen weather anyone wants it or not, devs cant even stop it) and others are just "trying to look out for you" cause some people are aware one day tx will be just another gateway cause they just take your money and then eventually die off till the next big thing
That's business. If tx ever dies, by that time there should be other cfw's available to switch to. It is what it is. A quick simple cfw solution with a backup loader and emunand support coming soon
If you wanna pirate go ahead, backup your games or try before you buy or whatever.
My gripes is when someone profits from taking away game sales. If you're gonna pirate do it for free. That way no one is losing or gaining from said loss.
It's a morality thing. Also judging by how gateway played out I wouldn't give a dime for piracy these days. It was different back in the day when you absolutely had to get hardware for it, because there was no storage to install a soft hack to or load Homebrew/backups from. Looking at cartbased systems, gba, ds, as well as GameCube and the like. Softhacks started being a thing with the Wii more or less. (I know Xbox and PS2 had as well but they were kinda different or late)

This is getting annoying. if a backup loader is made it will be in the backloader forum, until then shut up!
if u want backup loading rly badly, you could get that Sx pro dongle thingie.

i bet it could be the very same thing with this one, plus it is cheaper and abit more practical.

damn, this post of yours made me seriously consider getting one of those dongles.

What would be funny though, is if the free backup loading will be released coinciding with the release of TX SX Pro.
i would love it 2 days bevor the release of sx. everyone would try to cancle their orders
or 2 days after the release of sx, most would try to return the sx or all would be salty, because they updated their switch for it
I pre ordered the dongle about 3 days ago. Never looked back. June 16th is my birthday, so my present to myself will be this dongle.

You don't have to update anything, the majority of games are supported by 3.0.1 and 4.1 firmwares, which are both safe for atmosphere coldboot and warmboot.
Also, i would still keep the preorder, jig and dongle will be very useful for noobs and lazy people like me.

Although majority of games can be played by not being on the latest firmware, some people want to update their 'backups' or even play DLC with them/other games which will involve being on the latest firmware. I'm pretty sure there are going to be people who will even try playing their backups online like MK8D or Splatoon.
Well i think they said going online while using sx, updating games and downloading dlcs would increase ban chance by a lot. Although the possibility of being banned are still high even if you don't do those things.
Both for sx and atmosphere i mean.

Theoretically, yes. We will simply just have to wait and see. Its clear Nintendo learned from their past mistakes but I wonder if it will be good enough.
Even if backup loading came before TX ships out or even a week later, I wouldn't care that I paid for it. It comes with a dongle to make payload injection easy. It comes with a jig as well (A lot of people may have one, but nothing wrong with having a spare, they are rather small). Yes, eventually there will be a coldboot option. However, it's like a lot of other industries in the world. You can go to a mobile phone carrier and pay $800+ for a phone that's the latest and greatest, or you can get the "free" phone they offer...they both function as a phone, they both have apps and do the same basic things....yet, TONS of people are going the route where they pay for the phone they WANT because of certain features...
I'll just casually remind you that their old Xbox hack has protection that hasn't been cracked to this day.
