Hacking Backup Loaders and region free-ers

Ok guys, now I'm really confused.
I thought wankakiko(sorry if mispelled) released an iso loader to play backups.
And I also see a Wii Frii release which patches games to play in different regions.

Now I get that Wii Frii is patching, but if I burn Patched games from wii, will a non-chipped wii load them?
And if I download the leaked iso loader(or an official release of it, in case I missed it) will I be able to load the patched games from wii-frii?

Just to clarify something. I got a modded wii that can play my backups. I'm just asking to help some people that don't have a mod-chip.

You have to patch the games with the patcher included with the Backup Loader. The game will then load using the Backup Loader. These patched (or actually unencrypted) versions can only be used in the Backup Loader.

The Backup Loader loads the games region free. Wii Frii patches a game to be region free manually.

so wii-frii is of no use to anyone who doesn't have the backup loader installed(or a modchip)?
