Hacking Backup Loader

Hi Guys,
I haven't updated my Wii since Oct 08.
It works great with V3.1E HBC 9 and Backup Loader Gamma 0.3 and I think cios 36 rev5.

I'm a bit rusty since it has been so long.

How do I update to cios36 rev13b and where do I get it.
Will Backup Loader Gamma 0.3 still work?

And should I install Softchip or Neogamma? Most of my copies are 1:1 but I do have some decrypted

I am not too interested in usb/hdd loading and I am quite happy to stick with backup copies.

Any advice happily recieved
