Hacking Backup Loader Identity Error

Ok, well I tried burning Super Mario Sluggers, and whenver I try and play it, it says something about an identity error. Anybody know how to fix this?

Super Mario Sluggers freezes quite often in the middle of a game so don't expect to play it anyways.
