Hacking Backup Launcher by Wiigator

So im having tons of issues trying to get backup loader running

does downgrading require an internet connection for some reason? My router seems to have friend and i error on the IOS downgrader, is there a way to downgrade without a connection?

looks like the cios installer requires an internet connection now too, i dont understand why.


Happy you all have it working, after 4 spools of media and days of trying i dont think this is all gonna work for me without internet since everything now seems to require it to isntal.

Yo Taz nice work with the channel.
So do you know if Guitar Hero World Tour NTSC works on PAL wii? Or do I have to Brickblock it in order to run 1:1?

You should be able to run it no problems after brick blocking it.
That just removed the update screen which is the one that can brick your wii - after that play away

I have an NTSC Wii ... so is it a general rule that I should be running brickblocker on all the PAL iso's prior to burning 1:1 so that I won't accidentally (the kids) brick my Wii?

Yeah - brickblock all PAL games and your sorted - it only takes a few seconds - i wasnt even sure if it had done it , but the update option was gone on the disc and i was happy

make sure you renamed it boot.dol. i had the same error with 0.3b

No so, download the files mentioned in the readme and place them on your SD card. Now it will use them instead of network installation.

My system is Pal and it works fine on mine , I even tried an NTSC game and it worked fine too, but my wii is chipped so maybe thats why

is the menu patcher necessary to run games or can i use the gamma launcher like the launcher 0.3 beta??
