8x, 12x or 16x depending on your discs/burner.

You've got a modern burner (well, I assume so seeing as you got it today!) so that will give best results on good/average quality discs.

See the supported write speeds on the blank disk and burn on the medium or highest supported write speeds and it should work.

apparently burnin a disc at the slower than recommended speed stress's both the disc and burner is this correct i read this somewhere...possibly on here??

i use Datawrite Titanium 8x usually jus let ImgBurn do the work, set it to Max and seems am on a full SATA rig n only boot into windows for burnin it burns at 8x no probs, 1 coaster so far and that was only cos i was messin with RegionFrii n i think i screwed the ISO.

yea, always burn at the highest speed listed on the media, and move down from there if you have any problems. don't start low, the burns are less reliable then.

whatever you do, don't try to burn slower or faster than it is listed on the media, if you want a good burn.

Finally I finished my optimized read code. Now games work a bit faster

Also, thanks to WiiGator, now the read error is fixed and compatibility has increased.

Many games load perfectly from disc channel.

That's great news, Waninkoko!

What about the freezings in the wiimote screen like in MoH: Heroes 2? Any fixes on that too? Launching games via disc channel will be the only way of launching backups or just an option besides the old DOL/Channel method? What about DVD9 support? Removed for good?

Sorry for asking that much, but you guys are doing an amazing job which leads to common excitement among the peeps!
