Hacking Backup Launcher as a Channel

I have the 0.3g installed and working properly but I have to go through the Homebrew Channel to use it. How do I install it as its own channel?

app called wad manager, http://ratm.net63.net/WAD-Manager_v1.3.zip

then download one of the channels you like on here, make a folder in root of SD called wads, and place the channel their, then open wad manager app in HBC
