Hacking backup discs

I'm a lost puppy when it comes to home console(i like to call it) screwing around...

my friend recently modded my Wii with a Wiikey(he said something that involved 1 9s(or something like that)

and also, he told me to get

regionfii
brickblocker
and wiikey 19s config(he told me to get a "file chopped" version)

I got all those, and some DVD+R
but I don't know what to do after that(burning them onto the disc,

I'm new to the whole thing, but I am pretty good with computers, so do i just burn the ISO onto the disc or is there more to it?

Also, what am i suppose to do to the ISO before I burn it, he told me those top two things will help me out.

As you probably know, Wiikey is the modchip on your wii console. Wiikey 1.9s is the firmware for it. I believe as of now, it's the latest firmware version.

As for Wiikey 1.9s config disc, it's rather obvious, isn't it? It's just the config disc to configure your Wiikey. "File chopped" increases your file size with empty strings. It's said that Wii consoles reading a disc of 1.3gb and below would shorten the life span of the laser. Thus, as the wiikey 1.9s config file is only a few mb, using file chopped would increase it to 1.3gb.

It explains a bit about Wii Brick blocker as well. WBB is used to block the updates on game discs from loading. Only necessary if you are playing a game from another region. It prevents the update for that region to run on your console, which might potentially brick your Wii console.
