Hacking Backup channel!!

Okay guys, i formatted my friends wii, and its at 3.2U, I sucessfully installed Homebrew and Now im trying to install cIOS for Gamma Backup, and it keeps failing on me when it finishes downloading the last file, can anyone help? I had to erase his brawl and he hopes it works or he would be pissed.

Do you have all Gamecube controllers and memory cards unplugged? That can sometimes cause problems, like in the "Wii shop and IOS51 installer" for example.

theres nothing plugged in... it keeps failing for some reason!!! im going insane!!! Everything works okay but the cIOS doesn't work!
