It's A9LH 2.0 pretty much. Devs say that in the future, it will be able to do things A9LH couldn't. We don't know yet exactly. At least, I don't. You should update in any case.

It s like a custom Bios (kinda)
For Nintendo it's impossible to patch Sighax via an Update !!!

and I think you have now a lot more Privilegs.
The Payload Size can be increased I think (on A9LH is a Limit of the Bin File and this is removed so Devs can now do bigger and more fancier Payloads..)
