Hacking B9S Not Installing through Hardmod?

So i used the b9s hardmod installer to patch a nand dump stuck on blackscreen(corrupt ctr 2.1.0 transfer) but b9s doesnt seem to trigger at all even though the nand is not bluescreening. Does this mean b9s is not installing due to frankenfirm? Ive confirmed that if i use the wrong firm file it will bluescreen.

Tried all three of them. Is b9s installable on frankenfirm?
