Hacking automate gateway mode

Any tips to speed the process up of booting into gateway mode upon turning the 3DS on? Like maybe automatically?

This is literally my only criticism of gateway. I turn my 3DS on and off a lot.

If there is no way to make it faster, then if anyone knows - will it ever be possible? Will we forever always be selecting "Nintendo DS profile" in future versions because that is the only way the exploit and gateway mode can EVER be activated? Is this correct?

Once the exploits for newer firmwares come out, it will most likely be something different. But Smea isn't going to release anything with kernel privledges, so flashcart manufacturers will still have a lot of work to do in order to run on newer firmware versions.
