I have both StellaWii and Wii2600 installed, and neither work with my Wiimote. It is an official Nintendo Wii Remote with Wii Motion Plus built into it. When I start StellaWii I do exactly as the instructions on Wiibrew say (Wait for gui to appear, wait 10 seconds, press 1+2, wait 30 seconds) and all that happens is the lights blink but nothing happens onscreen. In Wii2600 the Wiimotes powers off and becomes completely unresponsive, and I have to reset the console manually to get out of it. Seeing as the last update was from 2009, I suspect it's because they only support non-Motion+ Wiimotes. Are there any other 2600 emulators that do support Wiimote+, or a way to make Wiimote+ work with the current ones?

I just looked at both projects. Stella looks like it runs under Wii Linux and Wii2600 hasn't been updated in ages. It might take a while to update the source to compile with the newer devkit versions. :(
