Hello guys,
I tried to use recovery partiton today but when I press F9 (like manual says) Windows is booting up, not an recovery utility. MiniTool Parition Wizard says the Recovery partition is present.
Is recovery utility screwed up? Is there any way to fix this problem? I want to get fresh Windows setup because my HDD have only 5% free space and deleting things will take much more time than recovery thing.
Here's screenshot of the Recovery Partition files:

Nope, I can't install fresh Windows without image. I lost my recovery disks 2-3 years ago. Am I screwed up now? :(

Why not just go to Windows -> Settings -> Updates -> Backups and factory reset your device?
If you have Win10 installed.

Yeah, it is, and it worked about month ago with any problem, but now it seems to be dead. It's not responding, manual says to press F9 but only Windows is booting, not recovery partition.

You might deleted recovery partition by mistake. Try sfc /scannow and see if it fixes anything

I found the same thing on Windows 7. F8 > Repair Your Computer

5% of 640 gigs? So around 32 gigs give or take whatever was sliced off for the recovery, formatting and hard drive manufacturers being unable to count in computer? Assuming you are not downloading 1080p rips (why you would on a 1366x768 screen I don't know but hey) that should be enough for a while. Do also do the temp cleanup and all that jazz and it should go up some more. If you want to get a bit more crazy I tend to find it is windows updates that gobble the space a lot.

Anyway to answer the question https://www.howtogeek.com/186775/how-to-download-windows-7-8-and-8.1-installation-media-legally/

Sadly it is not quite as easy as it was a few years back but it is hardly difficult.

I usually ignore recovery partitions, though these days I mainly see laptops after the hard drive has died so there is that.
