ROM Hack Question Assembling NSO from IDA Pro

How can I assembly executable files? I got IDA Pro and 2 loaders - nxo64.py and SwitchIDAProLoader.
I'm trying to modify instructions from main by myself, but when i do that - how can I put it back again?

I think the more usual method would be to use IDA to figure out what bytes you want to change, and then modify them in the nro file using a hex editor.

Heh, nvm. Just nx2elf gives me errors with Wolfenstein 2 main but I edited it, compressed and it works.

And it should be NSO in title - misstype.
