[Aroma] Hide the Payload-loader Installer icon?

I want to make my Wii U completely "childproof", meaning I don't want the least possibility of a child accessing something they are not supposed to.
Is there a way to hide the Payload-loader Installer icon (the little rocket coming out of the box)?

Yeah, that was very noob of me, lol. I thought I could just move that file to another folder still within the apps folder and the Wii U wouldn't find it anymore, but I was wrong. I deleted it and now the icon is gone. Thanks!
