I'm looking for the main menu song in ARMS and I'd like to convert it to .wav. I extracted the RomFS and in Sounds/Resource seem to be what I'm after. In Sounds/Resource/Stream I was able to convert the .bfstm to .wav with vgmstream without issue and none of those are the right song, but I'm having trouble with the .bars files in Sounds/Resource. I used SARC Tool to extract the .bars files, but it extracts a .bin file. For example, the file BGM_Static.bars contains a file called BGM_Static.bin. It's here that I'm not sure how to proceed.
This .bin file has "BARS" in the header, so I really don't know what format it is. SARC Tool might not even be reading it correctly. Does anyone have experience with this?
