Hacking Arm9loaderhax and savegames

Sorry for my english, i hope you can help me. I usually hack many 3ds without problems but they are brand new, now want to hack mine and it has Pokemon(pre-installed one) with savegame with over 200hours and i don't want to lose it. Wanted to know if the normal step for hack the console ("https://3ds.guide" i always follow this one), will keep the savegame or if there is a method! Actually it's 11.0, and i can't sync to server Nintendo coz will be upgraded 11.3+ and unable to hack, thanks in advance
