They are doing it wrong. They just have to take the emuNAND CTRNAND and putting it on sysNAND (backup your sysNAND CTRNAND first!). Then they can use the updated sysNAND mod from Aurora's mod, and they'll have all their emuNAND stuff on sysNAND.
I thought it was all the partitions except the firm 0 and firm1 that needed to be dumped and injected into sysnand.

We did that a few days ago on #cakes (there was maybe 5 pages in this thread). And I was totally drunked (and some people did it before me).
oh, so you were on Cakey... I should go here sometimes, I only came here once, when Steveice, delebile, TuxSH and julian20 were working on mch2 :)
EDIT: @cpasjuste https://twitter.com/Mrrraou/status/700092588548874244 You can see when I did it; but I got it to work like 1h before :P I was slowed down because of Windows refusing to read my µSD :p

Is it normal to encounter some warnings in the process of compilation? Although the script successfully generated all the files needed, I received a bunch of warnings like function not explicitly declared and variables not initiated, which sounds pretty dangerous if I use the complied files. I have the latest release of devkit, installed pycrpyto and also used libctru ver 1.1.0.

It is normal. As long it doesn't error, it's fine.

Sorry for bothering you, I've just dumped my OTP. Is there a tutorial I can follow to install A9LH + ReiNAND on Old3DS?

How does one dump their O3DS secret sector? Also, the GitHub states to get N3DS firmware CIAs; surely you'd require O3DS ones for an O3DS?
