(SOLVED)
After some time of installing a CIA of a game named "Dillon's dead-heat breakers" everything ran great for some time and made alot of progress, until one day i got this error and since then it kept appearing
I tried reading previous posts for some solutions but nothing worked for me, anyone know how to fix this?

I finally managed to figure out what was causing the error to appear
Apparently the game also registers the Miis that you have on the friendlist, if you have a friend code that's stated as "Provisionally registered friend" (As in, you inserted a friend code but the other person didn't accept it) the game will crash even if it has one friend code that's unused, so make sure that you don't have any unused friend codes and the game will run well
