I'm the opposite of claustrophobic, I can't stand being in wide open spaces, I freak out, things start getting blury, and I run to the nearest building (meaning walking through a mowed field, or a giant empty parking lot is hell for me).

Agoraphobia is what you have too. It is defined as an abnormal fear of being in crowds, public places, or open areas, sometimes accompanied by anxiety attacks.
