Emulation Are these specs enough for running cemu?

Accelerated proccessor(2.5 ghz up to 3.4ghz)
1TB Hard Disk
8GB Ram


Games like ssb3 or botw what you guys think? And what else should be taken by consideration?

No, the AMD-APU is a generally weak processor due to the combination of CPU/GPU. You'll need at least a dedicated GFX card, and I'd toss in as much RAM as you can afford. Might be cheaper to buy a WiiU due to memory costs.

Probably better off getting a Wii U and mod it than running it on your PC.

Give it a try, you might get like 15 to 20 frame rate per second , OP specs wasn't gonna cut it.

I have a 1050TI, you'll be expecting 20FPS unoptimized and 25FPS max with tweaks. BOTW is a killer, you can't run it full speed emulated (yet).
