Hacking Are these products the same quality?

Got the American Hori Filters from Walmart:

WALMARTS

And then you got the import ones from Play-Asia:

PLAY ASIA

I know their packing is different... but is the build quality the same? I bunked my install on the Hori's I bought from play asia... was gonna pick up round2's at walmart, but I wanted to make sure they were legit.... Anyway, lemme know, thanks.

Well I have the official ones, the same as play-asia stocks, and they're top notch.

I have no idea about the Walmart ones though, since I don't live in the US, but doesn't the nintendo seal in the lower left strike you as odd in some way? Does it not look a bit skewed, or is that my imagination?
