Are there any DS Homebrew such as DS Organise which play ASX files? this radio station i listen to online only uses asx for streaming but DS Organise does not seem to work. here is the stations ASX

It doesn't according to the manual
I don't think there is a homebrew for that except DSOrganize. Don't take my word for it though.

The .asx file is simply a playlist file. Go ahead and open it in Notepad and you'll see the real URL it's pointing to. According to Winamp, it's streaming a WMA-encoded audio stream. I'm not sure if DSOrganize supports WMA or not.
