I don't think anyone has ever made anything (I have never even been able to get it on my microsd...there are too many separate files for my wonderfully disabled computer to copy over in any reasonable amount of time).
As has been stated before, CaseMaker (I assume you are referring to MechaBowser's CaseMaker) is dead and buried. Seriously, don't even bother.
If you want a DS-based case maker, you should wait for LuAA.
You should check out the court-records.net forums if you haven't already.
