ROM Hack Question Are my Gamesaves still there?

So I just recently went and added homebrew and CFW to my switch and am currently dumping my games on my fresh SD card!

My question is that since I got a new fresh SD card to do all my modded stuff on how would I go about putting all my game saves on this new Micro SD card if thats even possible and also would this be the way to import modded saves of games??

Google for the App JKSV and dump all SaveGames. Once you switched SD Cards simply open the game once, exit it and recover the savegames via JKSV
