I know that there is Quake Remaster - is it possible to mod it for Arcane Dimensions?

Or would Quakespasm NX work? Anyone tried that?

I think it works on Quakespasm but you'll need to max overclock because the AD maps are gigantic. And you'll have to check what version you're running too because Quakespasm on switch hasn't been updated in like 3+ years now.

Alternatively if you install Android you can use the Quad Touch app which is Quake 1/2/3 source ports

So random freezes are because I did not overclock to the max? I try to keep it overclocked if it helps, otherwise test Android and possibly Linux.

Probably. The modern maps are huge and have tens of thousands of tris and meshes and polygons and literally hundreds of enemies. I think the first map has 500+ enemies.

So after some testing, full overclock and no RAM overclock makes it pretty playable. Freezes that require restart happen way less but still do. Thanks for recommending
