Gaming AR on DS??

Just wondering, but is there a homebrew app or something that allows you to use your flashkart as a Action Replay....

For example you turn on ur DS and open the app and turn on cheats for any game and then pop out the flashkart and put back in a real game ( the one you turned on the cheats for ) and actually be able to use the cheats???

elixirdream, I've used that app once, to get d-pad movement in Zelda (which was even suckier than stylus play) but it worked like a charm!! Really easy to use and all! I recommend it a lot!
