APU replacement for xbox one x

I found a really cheap xbox one x for sale. It turns out the reason why it's so cheap it's because the apu burned out. This probably happened due to overheating. Now my question is : would it be possible to get the dead apu replaced with a new one? If possible would it be worth it? Should I just not bother at all?

No it be too much trouble and costs. The APU, MMC, and Optical drive motherboard are all "Married" to each other. So to replace one, all three need replaced. Atleast untill the XboxOne gets "cracked" anyways.
