Hacking Apptousb switched off during transfer

I forgot to change the power save settings while using Apptousb and the PS4 switched off in the middle of transferring.

I'm guessing this is no problem, but thought I would ask anyway. It hasn't half transferred a file off internal that needs to be replaced?

If you have the file on the external HDD it will delete the link to the internally installed copy and link the game file on your external HDD, if there isn't an exact copy of same game you are trying to copy, probably internal HDD copy might gotten corrupted, not 100% sure.

It will only delete the file off the internal drive after a successful transfer so if the file was half way and the ps4 shut down it will still be on the internal drive.
