Apple AppStore not downloading [Icloud bypass]

Background: After doing this to 1 iPhone 7, I decided to iCloud bypass/Jailbreak an iPad Air 2 (13.2.3). After this I transferred account folder from a iPad gen 6 that wasn’t iCloud bypassed, but was jailbroken.

Problem: Apps won’t download (stuck on spinning loop and won’t show on springboard).

Bumping cuz this has me stumped....

This problem is caused when the device you got the Accounts folder from is logged out.

So what it the fix for this I have this problem too
