Unreal Engine 3 will run completely on the iPhone in a few generations. Maybe in the iPhone 7 or 8.
What does that have to do with the question, "What Apps use the Unreal Engine?"

Searching up Dungeon Defender right now.
Edit: Well, first, it's online, and second, I can't find an ipa on google and a certain well known site.

It have to do Unreal Engine doesn't run on the iPhone. The system isn't prepared at the hardware level to provide interesting gameplay content, too large for the iPhone.

Hopefully, more apps will be using the Unreal Engine. Epic Games released their latest Unreal Development Kit with iOS Support for free, this will allow Devs to develop games using the engine (SOURCE

Next year at this time there should be many more games with the impressive unreal engine. The Development Kit was released some days ago, so many teams are just starting.

He is not talking about the Uengine3 from the PC, they did one for the iphone/ipod touch.
It runs smooth on 4gen.

Also, yeah Infinity Blade is the only one I know.
