Android Apps not showing up

I recently backupped my sd card so I could partition it for link2sd.
When I copied the files back the apps that were on the sd don't show but in installed apps they are there with no icon and their package name. :-( Please Help

Did you put the SD files back before you used link2sd?

I put the files on after I used link2sd
