Hacking App for enable/disabling wifi fast

Would be nice to have. we have a reboot for quick reboots. But often i have to disable wifi and enable it. Time consuming. Perhaps someone could find the time to do this.

Press your Playstationbutton for 2 or 3 or 5 sec. (don't know exactly).
You can disable wifi in the menu thats pops up.
This works even in games.

Except for it doesnt work. or if it does not completly. Im in Vitashell and i disable/enable it via the method you say.
And it is on in the picture of that menu.
But Vitashell is still saying you must use wifi to do this.. so its not enabled..

Tried closing the VitaShell bubble and starting it up again?

Exit vitashell and then press the button.
