Apple anywhere to get help?

hi, i have a iphone 3gs, 5.0.1, jailbroken with redsn0w and with baseband 06.15.00. now as far i can can tell i have followed all instructions right and it should be unlocked but it isnt, i even did the ultrasnow 5.0.1 3gs 06.15.00 fix. if anyone could tell me the best place to go to try and sortit out i would be grateful
