Is there anyway I can retrieve the CUSA code from a save file of a previously installed game on the PS4? I am asking this since I played a game (disc version) years back on my PS4, but I can not find the correct version (non disc) anymore that goes with the save file. Each time I try the game now it will corrupt the save file I select. My PS4 Pro is on firmware 6.72.

Finally found a way, connecting to your PS4 with FTP shows the CUSA as directory name for each save game.
