Hacking Anyregion Changer - Stuck at TMD

It was successful, and afterwards I helped a friend do the excact same procedure. But his got stuck when installing 4.1U. It became stuck right at the beginning. The line it was stuck at was "TMD". Any idea why?

The Wii wasn't bricked, luckily.

Perhaps the files on the sd card are corrupted. You could try to dl the files again. Use cios236 with all the patches.

Even better would be to follow my softmod guide, install the modpack of your desired region and do the optional region change. That is my preferred method the region change, and you won't have the issue your having with hanging at the TMD.
