Hacking Anyone use SX OS online?

I was banned recently using sxos and pirate games, never played online I simply updated the system fw and bang was banned

Ive played my backups i made online and ive also used alot of homebrew apps while connected to N servers and while debugging one of my apps I remember i had at least 50 crash logs in about 48 hour period and never got banned but I haven’t turned of stealth mode off for awhile now but last i knew i wasn’t banned

What about with the sx core modchip? Using the genuine boot function for online and creating an emunand for the other stuff. Does that decrease or increase the chances of getting a console ban compared to injecting the payload on an unpatched console?
