Hacking Anyone purchased from teensy.co.uk?

I bought gateway from there, two days and the status hasn't changed to "dispatched" (if they offer 1st class mail then I should've gotten it today). I am sending them email no reply either. Just wondering if anyone ordered from there and how it went as they were official resellers on gateways website.
 
Processing means that your payment was accepted, but the GW hasn´t been shipped yet.
I preordered my GW so I can´t tell you when they ship normaly, but the shipment itself
took about 5 days to Germany.

You´ll get a trackment code by mail when they ship.

Well that sucks two days and still not dispatched as I haven't got tracking. They said they have GW in stock and 1st class so went with them over others (they cost the most of all) thought I would get it faster but maybe not.
 
I ordered from them when they were awaiting stock, they sent it out the day after they received stock and I got it the next day.

They have a facebook page, which is where most people contact them and they post updates and problems with stock, etc.
 
I sent my 360 there to have the Xk3y fitted. No problems whatsoever and when I had issues getting it to work the chap was helpful to take the time to go through the basics with me. Highly recommended.

"In Stock! Ready to ship from the UK within 24 hours"

Ye I posted on their facebook page and sent them emails. Thanks for your replies guys I guess I will wait few days to see actually if they ship the quote is from their site so atm poor service.

How did you contact them, through contact form or somewhere else?
 
As far as I know they're the only official reseller that ships directly from the UK(They were when I bought mine anyway).
So a few days wait is nothing compared to how long it would take to ship from the other resellers in China, which can be anywhere between 2 weeks and a month.

China -> Germany is like 7 days by registered mail
 
Yeah China to the UK is terrible most of the time. I dont know about other parts of Europe but I've never had anything delivered in under 2 weeks. In fact its more often than not pushing a month for delivery.
 
Bought a gateway from them a few days ago. Placed order on Sunday, payment processed and gateway sent out on Monday, received on Wednesday.

Unless they managed to run out of cards in the space of 3 or 4 days I'm inclined to think there's an issue with your payment. Payment was taken out by www.hipay.com registered to a Belgian address so your bank may have flagged the transaction (has happened to me before).
 
not the best company in the world to deal with, they send out from liverpool, so dependant on where you are in the uk, it will take a few days or a day, i got my first one from them and it was dead, ive tried to contact them for over a week via various ways, a big complaint on facebook finally got a response, but it still took over another week for a replacement from them.

Any update on your story? Did they answer your emails/posts? Did they ship the GW3DS? How many days until they shipped it?
 
Pre-ordered from teensy in early days, received two days after they got their first stock (and I'm in another country). So, no complaints here. Works perfectly too.
 
Ok here is my experience:

01.12. Ordered a GW-3DS on Sunday (in fact it was monday 2nd 1am)
03.12. got tracking number
04.12. shipped (tracking number working)
06.12. I think it was Fri when tracking shows "has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in GERMANY"
[couldn't track it any farther than that with Royal Mail]
10.12. arrived today, GW works fine

and now I know where I could have tracked it in germany: gls-group.eu
9.12. "Inbound to GLS location"
10.12. "Out for delivery on GLS vehicle"
