Because roxas left the scene, and thus can't justify hosting costs for something he's no longer working on?

Also, because it's redundant. The site wouldn't work with the latest 3.x builds, there are mirrors available if you happen to be using a legacy version (eg. 2.6)

To my knowledge, 2.6 RxTools has no link to open emunand with at the moment. I have four of them and neither of them works.

Out of curiosity, is there an rxtools.dat out there that works with the latest builds? The legacy one doesn't seem to open 3.0.
