Even if I was solidly downloading for the entire month I would have trouble getting that...

Plus I have (supposedly) a 5GB limit anyway.

And you would have to have a huge hard drive (or delete everything you download...)

This was in an article in PC magazine in August 2008. Theres no way in monitoring how much your using. Like they told me, 1st offese phone call and $15 fee. The next one is suspended for a year and come back under business accounts. 250gb can be reached. Think about it each xbox360 game is 7gb, and when there comes a time for blu ray, 20gb.
