Aside from gaming at home, I love cooking at home; everyone loves my dishes. I usually cook pasta and noodles and small stuff which are usually breakfast things like omelettes, pancakes, etc. Will post photos soon of my delicious meals! :P Anyone else into this? Share pics of your creations if you want.

I've started off as a horrible cooker. When I made pancakes, the first 3-4 times had horrible outcomes. I thought it would be a good idea to use whole wheat flour and that was a dumb idea  Once it got onto the griddle the mixture ended up sticking to the stove; and it just got smaller and smaller. The next few times were just so horrible as well, I didn't leave the pancakes on the stove enough and the taste was so bad lol.

Slowly slowly I became a successful cooker. :P

I like to make things like stews, soups, rice and pasta.

Last time I made a pizza, and that was one of the best pizza I've eaten for very long time :)

You just reminded me of Pizza, last year in my Food and Nutrition class I made this with my group; came out delicious. The crust was thick, wasn't hard; it was just perfect. Everyone loved it. I remember someone made this photo of our creation and I told them to send it to me lol.

I make some pretty good vegetarian food. I am not much of a cook though since I am pretty limited to that.

The only cooking experience I have is cooking meth.

Ok, shitty joke, anyways, the only cooking experience I actually have is from Home Economics, and while that's pretty much the only time I've ever cooked anything, I did enjoy it quite a bit, and would like to maybe try to cook more.

Man that sucks. Though I guess the good part about not being able to smell is that you can't smell when people fart.

Smell is one thing, however regardless of whether you lack the sense of smell your eyes can still burn and that is where my gaseous expulsions usually rank.

Anyway yeah I can cook. My mum and dad taught my siblings and I, most of us ending up with a blend of the styles. I would view not being able to cook much like not being able to use a computer -- it is possible but certainly nothing to be proud of. I doubt I would be able to walk into a professional kitchen, certainly would not be able to pass myself off as a patissier, and do but I can cook for a reasonable size group when I have to, make something up from whatever I find in the fridge and pull things back if they end up too salty/fatty/dry/soggy/whatever. My preferred cooking style is laziness all the way (love my wok), at least until it comes to pastry and similar food cases, at which point I will actually do a proper sugar crusted plaited latticework for the top of a basic sweet pie I am making for myself for a Thursday evening.
Being able to cook makes things very cheap in the UK and also avoids the becoming a fat bastard problem. If I arrive somewhere new then tools are usually a first priority but being able to have something like a working kitchen would be a second.

My chemistry teacher taught me how to cook meth. Other than that, I make pretty tasty cereal.

I do a lot of cooking as the main cook of our household. My wife can cook, but not all that well. I tend to stick to the basics for the kids, since they like simplicity. Cottage pie, Lasagne, Bolognese, Curry, things like that. As I learned how to cook, I learned how frighteningly high sugars are in pre-packaged sauces and such. As a rule, I make all of my own sauces myself. I do pizza pretty well, I make my own dough and all that.

When it's me and the wife, I can get a little more creative, and attempt to impress a little bit more for company. Stuff like complicated pasta dishes, sushi, scallops, parfaits and the favourite that is souffle. I even own a bottle of truffle oil - that stuff is expensive. Also, try getting crap like saffron cheap; saffron per ounce is more expensive than gold.

I can cook most things well, except for biscuits. My last biscuits the birds wouldn't even eat!
